PROFESSion

He finished his 10th.They asked him which group he took 1st or 2nd.They never asked him whether he wanted to become a journalist or an artist or a writer or a politician or a businessman or a this or a that.
That very day they buried his CORE COMPETENCY.

I agree with you but there are certain vital decisions which when delayed change the career path and we end up losing way or losing a few vital years,The system has to be more broad based like in certain Far East countries with vocation playing a vital role at an earlier stage of education.I know it is idealistic but am simply putting forward the present situation
